A Group of scavenging vultures were photographed by renowned wildlife photographer Roie Galitz - fighting one another over a dead animal carcass in the eastern part of Serengeti, Tanzania. The birds were pecking and clawing at each other in a noisy and quite violent manner in order to get at the carcass. While some were engaged in their battle determined to win rights over the carcass, others used the opportunity to eat until they were also chased away by the next scavenger.
